Room Teacher: Ms. Ana Fuentes
Born and raised in the Philippines, my name is Ana Fuentes and I am your Room A Teacher. A mother of two, Nathan 12 and
Amanda is 8. My family and I arrived in Japan a couple of years ago, but we have been stationed here, back in 1995-2001. We
enjoyed Japan during our last tour and are happy to be back.
I have worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 12 years now, working in Child Development Centers for 6 years, 3
years as a home care provider, and some years in private preschools and centers back in the states. I have chosen this field
because I believe that teaching children is a very noble profession.
