| The Yokosuka Co-Op Preschool is a private, non-profit, non-discriminatory organization that strives to offer quality early childhood educational programs to military-connected children between the ages of three and five through the active involvement of the families and through the employment of skilled early childhood administrators and educators. The Yokosuka Co-Op Preschool is sponsored by Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka and managed by an elected Executive Board of parents. A 2-Day (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Program is available for children 3 years of age by September 1st of the current school year. A 3-Day (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) and 5-Day (Monday - Friday) Program is offered for children 4 years of age prior to September 1 of the current school year. Classes are held Monday through Friday from 0830-1300. |

| For SY 09-10, We are adjusting our cut off date for the age requirement from October 31st to September 1st. This date adjustment has been made to align Yokosuka Co-Op Preschool with DODEA's SY 09-10 age requirement. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office at 243-4436 or 241-4436. |
Moving Update:
The Yokosuka Co-Op Preschool Office will be relocated temporarily to the old FFSC
Office in the 2nd floor of Bldg. 1555 (PSD Building). The Office is scheduled to move
on Thursday, June 18, 2009 and will remain in this temporary Office until further notice.
Additional information about the move and orientation information will be sent home in
mid August to all of our SY09-10 parents.
The Office will be closing for the Summer on June 22, 2009. Summer Office hours
(1100-1300) will resume on August 10- August 21.
Administrative Staff and Teaching team will be available by appointment only the week
of August 24-28, 2009 due to training.
